Urbanisation Hoya de La Mora is set in twenty five acres of softly undulating rural land overlooking the small inland village of Velez de Benaudalla in the province of Granada. The location offers magnificent uninterrupted, panoramic views to the surrounding counytryside with the snowcapped Sierra Nevada mountain range as a spectacular backdrop. The village, located on the edge of the Alpujarra Natural Park, is situated just 12 kilometres from the coastal resort of Salobreña with its beaches and 18 hole golf course, Almunecar with it’s International School is approximately 30 mins away, whilst the main town of Motril is nearby. Granada, with its world famous Alhambra Palace, Sierra Nevada ski resort and international airport, is just 20 minutes drive. It is also well placed for both Malaga and Almeria airports. In the next two years the remaining motorway links will be completed allowing quick and easy access to the Costa del Sol, Andalucia and the rest of Spain.

A limited number of plots are available in the second phase for the purpose of constructing an individual detached villa. The plot prices include all costs related to the infrastructure of the urbanisation, such as, all landscaping, streets, pavements, drainage, sewage, lighting, communal swimming pool and gardens, etc. which will be supplied and installed by the developer of Hoya de la Mora. Title deeds are immediately available as well as full planning permission, subject only to presenting the final house project and plans at the local town hall. The plots are sold on a freehold bases and there is no time limitation in terms of constructing a villa.

Plots vary in size from 317m2 - 455m2. Prices range from 66.348 € - 93.195 €.

Update: As of November 2009 all infrastructure work of the first two phases and part of the third, is now complete, to include tarmaced roads, pavements, drainage and sewage, and all electricity and water connections.

November 2009: Plot prices in the 3rd phase now start from a ridiculous price of 40.108 Euros!
